BUSINESS FINANCING RATE AND TERM

What is the Interest Rate?

We work off a term called Fixed Cost of Capital. A Fixed Cost is something that Short Term Lenders use. Short Term Financing is typically between 6-11 months where the payments are debited in very small amounts on a daily basis (Mon-Fri / 22 days in a calendar month). We save business owners from a potential Opportunity Loss in exchange for our Fixed Cost.

What is the estimated Fixed Cost of Capital?

The Fixed Cost is going to depend on what the applicant qualifies for. Our underwriter will be able to determine their risk analysis by reviewing their 6 Months Bank Statements and will be looking at discrepancies such as:

Non-sufficient fund transactions;

Number of negative balances;

Number of bounced checks they’ve drafted;

And other auditing scenarios…

After the financial assessment, the underwriter will be able to determine whether the applicant is a “Low Risk” or “High Risk” acquisition. Then the Fixed Cost/Terms will be released for the applicant’s review.

How do we pre-qualify a prospective borrower?

• Time in Business: 24+ Months

• Minimum Gross Annual Sales of $200,000

• U.S. Based: U.S. Citizen & Resident

How do we verify their Time in Business/Active Cash Flow?

• 6 Months Bank Statements

• Tax Return > Schedule C or
Form 1120

• 4 Months Credit Card Statements (If they accept Credit Cards)

What are the steps and conditions prior to funding?

• Borrower to complete disclosures, financing agreements and other possible stipulations

• Site inspection with required
milestones must be approved

• Funds are released
